These terms cover your use of betterresidual.com and the free live call you can register for here. Please read them. They are written in plain English on purpose.
Who we are
This website is run by BetterMarketers LLC (“we”, “us”). It is a registration page for a free live call, held every night on Zoom, where you can learn about the BetterMarketers giveaway and the BetterMarketers affiliate program.

1. Accepting these terms
By using this site or registering for the call, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or register for the call.
2. The free live call
- Registration is free.
- We may change, reschedule, or cancel any call at any time.
- We don’t record the calls. Please don’t record them yourself without asking the host first.
- Please be respectful. We can remove anyone from a call who disrupts it, spams other attendees, or promotes other offers.
3. Earnings disclaimer
Any income examples or discussions on this site or on the call are not promises or guarantees of earnings.
Results vary. What you earn, if anything, depends on your own effort, skill, time, and other factors outside our control. Most people who join any affiliate program or business opportunity earn little or nothing.
Nothing on this site or on the call is financial, legal, or tax advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.
4. Affiliate disclosure
The person who shared this page with you may be a BetterMarketers affiliate. We record that they invited you. If you enter the giveaway through their link, they may receive extra giveaway entries. If you later join the affiliate program or buy something, they, and the affiliates above them in the program, may earn commissions. Registering for the call costs nothing, and you never pay more because someone invited you.
5. The giveaway
The BetterMarketers giveaway is governed by its Official Rules, which cover how to enter, eligibility, entry periods, prizes and how winners are chosen. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. If these terms and the Official Rules ever conflict about the giveaway, the Official Rules apply.
6. Our content
The content on this site, our videos, and the materials shown on the call belong to BetterMarketers. You may not copy or redistribute them without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
When you use this site, you agree not to:
- Misuse the site, or try to break, overload, or get unauthorized access to it
- Register with fake or false details
- Scrape, copy, or collect data from the site with bots or other automated tools
- Try to change who is recorded as your inviter, for example by tampering with referral codes or cookies
- Register or enter through your own referral link
If someone breaks these rules, we may cancel their registration, remove them from calls, and remove any invite credit or giveaway entries that came from it.
8. No guarantees, and limits on our liability
We provide this site and the call “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise they will always be available, error-free, or right for your needs.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any lost income, profits, or opportunities, that comes from using this site or attending the call.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that the law says cannot be limited.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you register and how we handle it.
10. Text messages
If you enter your mobile number when you register, you agree to receive recurring text message reminders from BetterMarketers about the Zoom meeting. The mobile number is optional, so agreeing is not a condition of registering.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@bettermarketers.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which BetterMarketers LLC is organized.
If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@bettermarketers.com and we will try to sort it out. If we can’t, any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in that state, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
